Two minute mock apple pie

To me this is almost as decadent as a piece of "real" apple pie.  And it's quick and easy.

1/2 an apple, with peel
1 oz cream cheese (use the full fat kind for HYH)
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 flour tortilla

1.  Place the tortilla in a dry skillet on med heat to warm it.

2.  Slice the apple with a mandoline.  This will ensure uniform slices.  Microwave the slices for about 30 seconds on a saucer.  (This leaves the apples with just a bit of crunch left, which I like.  If you want them mushy, add more time.)

3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in the cream cheese until well combined.

4.  Take the tortilla out of the skillet, place the apple slices on the hot side like a pepperoni pizza, covering all but the edges.  Drop little spoonfuls of the cheese onto the pizza throughout.  Return it to the skillet, apple side up.

5.  Cook for another minute on med until the cheese is soft and melty.  It can be spread over the apples with a spoon or knife (I use my finger) if you want.  (I know melty is not a word.)

6.  Slide apple pie out of skillet and cut in half with a pizza cutter.  Eat like pizza.
