Crab Salad

This is a lovely quick lunch.

1 6 oz. can crab (I use the inexpensive minced kind) drained very well.  Squeeze all the moisture out that you can.
2 heaping tbsp mayo
1 1/2 tsp spicy mustard
1 heaping tbsp sweet relish
2 tbsp each of chopped cucumber, yellow pepper, and celery
salt 
pepper

Mix well.

2 servings.

Use in 3 days or so.  Leftovers will be quite watery from the veggies so be careful not to make your bread or whatever soggy. 

I never used canned crab, or crab of any kind really, before I went on HYH.  It is really fairly mild and mixes pretty well with whatever kind of veg you like.  I keep it on hand.
